How finding a crack can temporary damage your PC
The classic story:
I have found out this great software product that I like and I want to use after its trial period is over. BUT I do not want to pay $20-30-50 or more … what can I do?
The classic approach:
There are like 1 million crack / warez web sites so I go ahead and find a registration key (cracking method – key gen, replace files and so on). I load the web sites and my browsers are telling me that my privacy is affected – no problem ,,, that is not a serious risk … I go ahead and I download some files from there and my anti virus and my anti spyware is telling that the files contain dangerous files … No problem with that – I select ignore and yesss … I have managed to crack the software that I like .. I use it – I like it … I reboot my pc and it is very slow .. I see many connections to Internet that I did not start and so on … I realize that something is stealing data from my pc … that is BAD … I try to find a solution .. It takes hours to find out the cause …
The alternative approach:
Find the software that you like on a web site from where you can buy it with a serious discount 50% + and buy it from there. If you cannot find it contact the vendor and ask for a refund and in this way you can benefit from using a registered software (like support, updates, and so on).
